We have worked throughout the United Kingdom, from Cardiff to East Anglia and from the south coast to Northumberland. However, as a family business with two very young children, whilst we will continue to cover around 80% of the UK, from June 2026 our service boundaries will change.
Our service delivery map shows that we will continue to offer in-person visits to the following areas (green areas): Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Lincolnshire, London, Milton Keynes, Norfolk, Suffolk, Surrey, Sussex, and Yorkshire.
If you live outside of these areas, we offer in-person assessments at offices in Norwich (amber areas), or if suitable, remote options.
We cannot offer any services to those who live in Bracknell Forest, the West Midlands, or the London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fullham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kingston-upon-Thames, and Richmond-upon-Thames) (red areas), we’re sorry.
